Updates to Wordpress plugin

The two biggest feature requests have been added to the 1.0.2 release of our plugin:

Field to enter in text that precedes the auto-tweet, e.g., "New blog post: "
New preference to always tweet new posts. Enabling this option should allow new posts that are created within third party interfaces (e.g., the iPhone) to be auto-shortened and auto-tweeted as well.

Note: we are in the process of adding this to wordpress.org so that in the future, updates can be fully automatic from your WP admin page.

I have a problem like some of the other users. In the edit post page, the short URL is not being generated. The "tweet this post" only gives this "http://twitter.com/home?status=post+title+-+" but without the short URL at the back.

I agree with Dayna, the short URL is not being generated also in our blog.

Hi Joost, is this fully white label-able? Like for a few hundred users? i.e. shows our site name where applicable? Thx.

I'm running WordPress 2.8.5 and automatic plugin upgrade work for me most of the time.

Do you think you could add, um... auto-face... functionality too? In other words, update status on Facebook in addition to Twitter? This way I could get rid of Twitterfeed.com which is terribly slow at the moment...

I've got a problem on the wordpress dashboard, the clicky stats link brings up a blank page http://imgur.com/xrgy6.png

On WP 285 I noticed a problem with new Clicky 102 with Featured Content where new posts with category featured, were not being shown in the slide show in WIndows IE7 on XP over VMware. WOrked fine for Safari and Firefox on Mac OS X

I turned off Clicky and the new posts showed up again.

Then I reactivated Clicky plugin and it seems to be working...will check new post. Maybe some cache isssue?

I'm still getting the blank stats page, the frame source is totally empty. The change log in the readme indicates = 1.0.3.

Make sure there isn't a "space" at the beginning of your site_id / sitekey / admin sitekey in the preferences for this plugin. This seems to be causing problems when people copy/paste these values from our site, sometimes an extra space is getting inserted. I've asked the developer to fix this for the next release.

My problem was the space in front of the site ids and site keys. Working great now, love the twitter integration. Great release

Updated to the latest 1.0.4 but the URL generation problem still exist.

Sean has very kindly assist me in troubleshooting the problem. It was due to a space in front of the admin key.

My thoughts on this new version:

- Is it possible to have the "tweet this post" feature on the "edit post" page where the list of posts are shown? It's easier than having us to load the individual edit post page to tweet each post.

- This is a minor issue but I think there should be a space before the URL in the tweet post section. It is now like this:

"The Clicky.me short URL for this post ishttp://clicky.me/abc."

Otherwise, I'm really liking this new plugin. Thank you! :)
